Any cancellations with less that 48 hours notice will mean the loss of your deposit or a charge of 50%
no shows will be charged at 100%
A rescheduled appointment within this time will still count and incur a charge as we struggle to fill at such short notice.
Any appointments where the client is more than 10 minutes late may result in a lesser treatment or potentially be classed as a no show if we don't think we can carry out the treatment in the time remaining and will be charged at the full amount.
And finally please do not question this policy, the charge will stand regardless of the issue, we sympathise with any cause for a last minute cancellation however we cannot incur a loss with ever rising costs.

Please note we are a child free salon, we appreciate it can be hard to get your little ones looked after but the salon is not a safe place to be and our insurance will not cover us should an accident happen.

We understand the booking system can sometimes be confusing but please ensure you book for nail art should you require it and make us aware prior to your appointment if a repair is needed. (All of this takes extra time and can put us under unduly pressure meaning you're not getting the best from you tech)
And finally please come at your appointment time unless you have been told we are free. If you're early wait in your car or take a walk as again this puts us under pressure.
